Replacement packs of SDS.40 Slim Tube. Each packet contains 5 slim tubes. A cleaning pipe is also included in each packet.
Phonak | Unitron Domes 4.0 are the replacement hearing aid domes that fit this slim tube.
SDS 4.0 Slim tubes are mainly used with NHS Phonak Nathos Nova Hearing Aids. They are compatible with other Phonak and Unitron BTE hearing aids, though the NHS is the largest user.

The image below shows how to measure your ear and identify the appropriate length of the slim tube.
Your existing tubing should be marked with the correct replacement number.
If unsure, do not guess; the product cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
The right tubes are marked with a red number indicating the tube length.
The left tubes are marked with a blue number indicating the tube length.
Your hearing instrument user guide will have instructions on how to change the slim tube. You can also view the video below to see how to clean and change the tubing.
If your slim tube has become brittle or cloudy, replacing it can restore the hearing aid’s performance. If the Slim tube has a kink, it needs to be replaced.
The Slim Tube should be cleaned regularly with the cleaning pipe included in each packet.
Most users would benefit from replacing the slim tube every 1 to 3 months.
