These hearing aids will be fitted in your home by an audiologist or our partner branch, Bexley Hearing Centre, in South London.

The service fee includes:

• 30-day money-back guarantee. Sound Hearing will return all monies paid minus a service fee of £100.
• Return hearing aids and pay no more service charges after 3 months.
• If you require custom tips or custom shells for your hearing aid, there will be a one-off additional charge. Your audiologist will advise you of these costs once your hearing has been tested and your ears examined.

This Service Fee option is only available in the areas where Sound Hearing operate, within and around the M25 (London).

Sound Hearing can provide Phonak Infinio Sphere 90 Rechargeable Hearing Aids to anyone in the UK for £2000, though please note these hearing aids will be unprogrammed and therefore unusable. You must locate and pay an audiologist to test your hearing and program these hearing aids. You should identify an audiologist and agree on fees before purchasing these hearing aids.
