Corda MiniFit Tubes (Pack of 5) for Bernafon / NHS / Oticon hearing aids
Corda miniFIT tubes for Oticon / Bernafon / NHS hearing aids are discreet, slim sound tubes designed for behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids.
They connect the device to the earpiece. We recommend replacing tubes every 3 to 6 months (depending on use) before they become brittle and affect sound quality.
Oticon & Bernafon Corda MiniFit Tubing is compatible with Oticon and Bernafon miniFit Domes.
Once opened, the product cannot be returned due to hygiene.
Acoustic properties and fitting lengths vary, so it’s vital to select the exact replacement model.
How do I know which tube size to buy?
Remove the silicone dome on your hearing aid. Look closely at the printed text under the dome or at the base of your existing tube.
There are 6 tube lengths
Example: (red text) 0.9 2 = Left ear, tube width: 0.9 mm, length: 2

Oticon and Bernafon are hearing aid manufacturers of the Demant Group and share the same filters, domes, thin tubes, and receivers.
How do I know my correct size and side?
Look at the tiny print on the end of the tube where the clear dome attaches.
What is the difference between 0.9mm and 1.3mm tubes?
This refers to the internal diameter of the tube.
Will Corda MiniFit tubes fit my specific hearing aid model?
They fit most modern Oticon Behind-The-Ear (BTE) models, including the NHS-issued Spirit Synergy, Engage, and private models like OPN, Siya, and Xceed.
They do not fit Oticon RITE (Receiver-In-The-Ear) models, which use electrical speaker wires rather than hollow plastic tubes.
Can I use my old Corda 2 domes on MiniFit tubes?
No. Corda 2 and MiniFit parts are not interchangeable. MiniFit tubes feature a black grid or a specific ridge at the tip that only tightly grips Oticon MiniFit domes. Using older styles can cause the dome to fall off and get stuck in your ear canal.
How often do I need to replace them?
Every 3 to 6 months. Over time, body heat, sweat, and ear wax cause the plastic to stiffen, turn yellow, or become brittle. Hardened tubes degrade sound quality and can snap easily.
Do the domes come with cleaning wires included?
No. Replacement tubes are sold in standalone packs of 5. Domes and specialised cleaning tools (like thin plastic threads) must be purchased separately.
We can help you confirm if your hearing aid model is compatible with Cord MiniFit tubes, or help you figure out which type of dome matches your specific tube size. If you’re not sure, ask our audiologist before you buy.
